• You may not use your commissioned art for AI training or reselling as NFTs.
• You must state your intent of reselling artwork on products.
• Be advised depending on multiple factors commissions may take months for completion, please specify if you have a deadline in mind.
• You may ask for revisions when I send WIPs. These revisions must be specific and your thoughts must be organized. If you change your mind when I have already started the changes there will be an additional cost and it will impact delivery time.
• You may use your commissioned art for personal use (icons, headers, etc)
• You are entitled to check in on the progress and ask for updates.
• You must specify if the commission is private so I know not to share it.
• Please refrain from commissioning if it may impact your financial situation or you are expecting a fast delivery time without providing an ETA deadline.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, in which case a full refund or partial refund will be provided depending on how much work has been completed.
• If the artwork has been approved before completion, I cannot refund it at a later time.
